In 2019, Partha and KK stepped away from Mindtree—a company they had built from the ground up, scaling it from a VC-funded Tech startup to a globally respected multi-billion dollar organization. After two decades of relentless innovation and leadership, the question was: What next? Their answer? To empower the next generation of entrepreneurs.

Stepping to the other side of the table, they launched Mela Ventures—a platform dedicated to nurturing visionary founders and helping them build world-class companies. With their experience, insights, and passion, they are shaping the future of entrepreneurship, one bold idea at a time.
